EBW - Emotions and Behaviours at Work

The EBW model of Emotional Intelligence is about how people manage the key behaviours/emotions that determine success in different situations – it is about understanding the interactions between these key behaviours/emotions and the impact they have on others and their work. The EBW model is a practical work based model designed to help individuals and teams understand why people behave the way they do and how to maximise their performance at work.

Zest Learning can provide psychometric testing based on the EBW model, and can thus help your organisation become more efficient.
