Nikki was a real pleasure to work with. Not only does she know her subjects inside out but she is also incredibly organised and everything was planned to the last detail. The two day event that Zest ran for me for 200+ graduates went without a hitch, no mean task! Last week training was surely the best balanced and nicest one I've participated in over the years. I only realized how intensive it all had been after I had gone for a short run on Friday evening, had my shower, sat down and suddenly felt completely drained.
