Step 1: Identifying the Right Intervention - I listen, consult and question to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and and work in close partnership with you to identify the right solution.
Step 2: Development - I develop the solution and consult with you along the way to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
Step 3: Delivery - I deliver the solution, sometimes alone, sometimes with you, sometimes with trusted associate experts. At all times with your consent and based on your needs.
Step 4: Support - I am always available to answer questions and queires or to provide any advice. Continuing support is a must for all successful learning.
Step 5: Evaluation - Programme evaluation is critical for both you, the client and me, the provider.
Step 6: Partnership - At every stage I work in partnership with you. I value creating strong relationships which provide mutual benefits. A knowledge source for you and continued opportunities for me.
