Successful Learning
I believe that successful learning is created by:
Learning through interaction and integration Having a high level of stimulation and interaction enables learners to gain more knowledge.
Learners recognising what they need to do and acting on it - People need to recognise for themselves what they need to do differently. I build confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.
De-mystifying change - I place importance on bringing things back down to basics and placing things in the world of the learner.
An adaptive approach to learning - I pride myself on being able to create the atmosphere that is most effective for learners and generate great rapport with them.
Recognising experience - Shared experiences and positive engagement create very powerful learning.
Reviews and the effective transfer of learning - Demonstrating the value of learning from an event and the relevance to the real world is essential for embedding learning.
